Bilzy for Claude — privacy

How the Bilzy connector for Claude handles your shop's data. It sits beside Bilzy's privacy policy, which covers the Bilzy apps themselves.

What it reads and writes

Only the connected shop's own Bilzy data — items, stock, sales, purchases, parties, accounts, GST figures and bill design — and only when Claude uses one of its tools because you asked. It goes through the Bilzy API with your login, under the same plan and staff permissions as your phone or computer. It writes only what a tool says it writes (a sale bill, a purchase, an item, a party, an expense, a payment, a quotation, a purchase draft, a design change), after you agree. Bills and payments are entries in your own books: the connector never moves, charges or transfers money.

For a pharmacy this includes what its bills carry: a patient's name and phone, the medicines sold, and the doctor's name for Schedule H medicines. They are read only when a tool needs them, go only to your own Claude conversation, and are never kept by the connector.

What it keeps

Your Bilzy password is typed on our sign-in page and passed to Bilzy once; it is never stored and never reaches Claude.

Who sees it

What a tool returns is sent to Claude (Anthropic) to answer you, under Anthropic's terms and your Claude settings. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Ending it

Disconnect Bilzy in Claude (Customize → Connectors) to end the connection at once: its tokens are deleted and its Bilzy session signed out. A connection unused for 200 days is removed on its own. To delete your Bilzy account and data, see Bilzy's privacy policy or write to us.
