Bilzy for Claude
Connect Claude to your Bilzy shop — Bilzy Retail or Bilzy Pharmacy — and ask about your business in your own words: sales, stock, expiry, dues, profit, GST returns. Claude can also make sale bills and enter purchases, add items and parties, record expenses and payments, prepare quotations and purchase drafts, and design your printed bill.
Connect it
- In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and find Bilzy in the directory — or choose Add custom connector.
- For a custom connector, name it Bilzy and give the URL
https://mcp.bilzy.in/mcp. - Press Connect and sign in with the mobile number you use in Bilzy — your password, or an OTP on WhatsApp. Staff sign in with their own number.
Claude works out from your account whether it is a retail shop or a pharmacy. If one number uses both, the sign-in page asks which.

Safe by design
- Claude acts with your own Bilzy login and its permissions. A staff login can do only what that staff member may.
- Claude shows you every line, price and the total, and asks before it writes anything. A sale bill or purchase it makes is like one made at your counter: it takes the shop's next number, moves stock (a medicine's from its batches, nearest expiry first — never an expired one) and the money. It cannot delete anything — corrections are made in your Bilzy app. To check a supplier's bill yourself first, ask for a purchase draft and save it on the desktop (Purchase → Drafts, F7).
- Your password never reaches Claude. Disconnecting in Claude ends the connection at once.
